Not my cup of tea, as a long-time Bikram yoga enthusiast, the class that I took here was pretty much the opposite of what I am used to. I like to know what I am going to get in a yoga class, with an emphasis on alignment; entering and exiting postures deliberately and mindfully; specific breathing cues; and discipline of students and teachers alike.

That said, this is a great place to practice if you like a more freestyle-type class. Very good if you enjoy Vinyasa/flow classes with music and occasional singing.

The dog is completely kick ass.
